| May we take this opportunity to thank Suleyman and Bayindir Estate Agents for all help they gave us in purchasing our house in Kusadasi.They have been fantastic in helping us find the right house and have kept in constant touch throughout the whole process, which only took a few weeks. |
They are also providing ongoing help in finding contractors to paint our house both inside and out and also to build a new swimming pool. At first we were very apprehensive about parting whit any money as you hear so many horror stories about people being "ripped off" but you can rest assured this is not the case with Suleyman and Bayindir estate agents, you will find that they can't do enough for you. We have now got to know them both quite well and do not considered them simply as business collcagues but more importantly as friends, and friends that you can really trust. The estate agents is so professionally run with nothing to much of a problem for anyone of you all our questions were answered clearly and we could not be more happy with the buying procedure and with the actual house we have bought.Everything was done so quickly we can not believe we were only in Turkey litrally one day and we bought a house, transferred the money chose our kitchen, tiles, shower room, etc , got our tax code, viewed furniture , everything was just made so easy for us, and that is down to your hard work along with everybody else at Bayindir, we now just want to get back out to Turkey as soon as the house is finished - that is pretty impressive considering we had never been to Turkey before in our lives. I have already recommended you to various people who hopefully will do what we have done and buy in Turkey as you installed the confidence in us to go ahead and buy Thank you all. we look forward to seeing you in August when our house will be finished

Many thanks for all of you help in sorting out my problems with the other estate agent.I really wished that I came to you in the first place as this would have been stress-free.
You have shown me much kindness and you have re-gained my trust in the Turkish business.You explain everything so clearly and your honesty shows through.
I am looking forward to finally moving into my apartment with all of your good ideas.You have some very good contacts and I am happy that they will organise everything for me and I will not have to deal with my original agency again!
